They do not constitute professional consulting advice, career guarantees, or certification of competency beyond the scope explicitly stated in program materials. Individual learning outcomes vary based on effort, background knowledge, and application of concepts.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoInsight shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater.
